INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE CANADA & USA)
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Delivery timelines for international shipments may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services. Itchy Bitchy Spider is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or international carriers.

TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order with Itchy Bitchy Spider (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you are:

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order at that price. If payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued for the incorrect amount.

Once an order has been placed, modifications (including shipping address or payment method changes) are not guaranteed.
For preorders only, changes may be permitted if the preorder window remains open. Please contact us immediately if changes are required.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund or store credit, at your discretion.
EXCESSIVE RETURNS
Itchy Bitchy Spider monitors claims and requests to identify potential misuse or abuse of our policies. Customers flagged for excessive or suspicious activity may be subject to review and refusal of future service.
